This 26 mm x 76 mm metal frame is coated with a 1.5 µm thick PEN or PET membrane. You can choose between standard mmi MembraneSlides that are packed into a slide rack (Product 50103). Or, If you need the highest standards of purity the mmi MembraneSlides can be packed into boxes of five. These slides are guaranteed RNAse and nucleic acid free (Product 50102). Every box comes with 50 mmi MembraneSlides in total.

mmi IsolationCaps are necessary to microdissect and collect your target cells from the mmi MembraneSlide. To do so, three sizes and two types of caps are available. 0.2 ml, 0.5 ml and 1.5 ml tubes can be used with a cap that is filled with nontransparent silicon or with transparent silicon. While transparent silicon is used for fluorescent applications and together with the mmi SmartCut System the nontransparent tubes are best with stained samples. (Product 502..)

Cells can be cultivated in a membrane coated metal ring. Unwanted cells can be shot, cut out, or be left on the membrane. Afterwards, the cells of interest can be recultivated. (Product 50301)

The small variant of the mmi LiveCell Chamber is the ibidi® µ-Slide 18-well. The wells can be cultivated within the wells. Afterwards, the Slide is turned upside down and placed on the Stage. The cells can now be captured with a mmi IsolationTube (200 µl recommended). Or if still filled with liquid, the mmi CellEctor Plus can transfer the cells out of the well with capillary based technology. (Product 50303)
