| Preventive Maintenance to insure system integrity and trouble free daily operation. |

- Clean and align optical laser path
- Verify laser power and focus to factory specifications.
- Align and calibrate stage: motion and speed for optimum accuracy
- Clean and align camera
- Verify laser controller and all safety interlocks
- Align and calibrate caplift for precision lift of dissection
- Test and upgrade, (where applicable) all PC and software functions.
- Clean, align and test microscope for flawless integration with CellCut and SmartCut.
- Clean and align Fluorescence system if applicable
- Instrument training or refresher training for new and previous users included with Optimum or Premium Service Contract.

|
- Basic Service Contract
(One preventive maintenance (P.M.) visits per year)- One annual service visit for Basic, two for Basic Plus including travel and labor. Parts are excluded.
- Optimum Service Contract
(Max. two visits per year. P.M. or requested service) - Two annual service visits including travel and labor and parts. Additionally you receive a 5% discount on all your consumables or upgrade orders. *Requires a billable service inspection to qualify the system
- Premium Service Contract
(Max. three visits per year. Use any combination of P.M. or requested service.)- Three annual service visits including travel, labor and parts. Additionally you receive a 10% discount on all your consumables or upgrade orders. *Requires a billable service inspection to qualify the system.
