Ideas and innovations are highly valued in Jena, not only in medicine, but also in the field of light. For over 150 years, Jena has embodied expertise in light as a renowned hub for optics and photonics, earning it the title of ‘City of Light’ in Europe.

In September 14 2023, our colleague Asif Khan is participating in the Annual Meeting of the German Society of Legal Medicine (DGRM 2023) in Jena. The event features a range of workshops and scientific presentations dedicated to showcast new ideas and advancements in forensic medicine, which our MMI representative is looking forward to attend.
