Supporting Spatial and Single-Cell Omics Research

On 21 and 22 October 2026, Martin installed the CellCut at the A.I. Virtanen Institute for Molecular Sciences at the University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio. He also provided training for researchers interested in using the system.

The CellCut will support spatial proteomics and open up new opportunities for spatial and single-cell omics projects across the research community. Elena Puris is looking forward to using the technology in her Research Council of Finland project and future projects.

A special thank you to Elena Puris and Jari Nissinen for their support and wonderful hospitality. We hope you enjoy working with the CellCut and look forward to seeing the research it enables.
